- Located in the center of research and development for cutting-edge technology in Japan—Tsukuba, just 50km from Tokyo and 40km from Narita—the International Conference Hall boasts a large hall that accommodates up to 1,258 people, two mid-sized halls, 18 small to medium-sized meeting rooms and multipurpose halls, a rooftop garden, and a restaurant. Its characteristic features include an outer wall with an abundance of glass and a brightly lit, open space, suitable for shooting in a large-scale modern building scenario.
The entrance hall captures light and greenery, featuring a high ceiling and thereby allowing shooting from various high angles. A symbolic tree is planted in its center.
The spacious staircase leading from the entrance hall to the second floor is well-suited for photography.
The entrance from the first floor leading into the large hall offers a diverse view through glass, with a natural and expressive exterior featuring a park in Tsukuba City.
The corridor in front of the second-floor hall provides ample space. The space set up in front of the third-floor meeting rooms is also sufficiently wide, allowing for room-like settings for photography. The high-grade meeting rooms, equipped with luxurious interiors and the latest AV facilities, feature a circular setup with seating for 20 and two 100-inch screens.
The 300-capacity mid-sized hall on the third floor features fixed seating in the rear, with flexible layout options such as school, theater, circular, and horseshoe shapes in the front segment.
